c. Right of the child to maintain contact with both parents.
d. Strong parent-child relationship.
e. Educational and psychological development of the child.

Proposed Visitation Schedule

PRAYER
In view of the above facts and circumstances, it is respectfully prayed that this Honourable Court may kindly:
a. Grant visitation rights to the plaintiff.
b. Fix a regular visitation schedule.
c. Permit telephonic and video communication with the minor child.
d. Grant visitation during school vacations and public holidays.
e. Award costs of the proceedings.
f. Grant any other relief deemed just and proper.
Prayer For Video Calls And Telephone Contact
In cases involving long-distance parenting or Overseas Pakistanis, the petition may additionally request:
