Information we collect
We may collect information you submit through our website, dashboards, consultation forms, petition forms, lawyer registration forms, LMS forms, payment flows, verification tools, and contact channels.
- Name, phone number, email address, city, account details, and communication preferences.
- Legal issue details, case summaries, documents, uploaded files, petition content, comments, and consultation notes.
- Lawyer profile details, professional credentials, practice areas, reviews, verification records, and public directory information.
- Course registration, assignment, test, certificate, billing, and access records.
- Technical information such as browser, device, IP address, cookies, security logs, and usage activity.
How we use information
We use information to provide legal services, respond to consultation requests, manage client and lawyer accounts, verify lawyer profiles, operate public legal tools, process payments, deliver LMS access, and improve the website.
- To contact you about consultations, cases, documents, petitions, courses, or lawyer profile approval.
- To show public information that you intentionally publish, such as public lawyer profiles, petitions, reviews, comments, or press-related submissions.
- To prevent fraud, impersonation, spam, unauthorized access, and misuse of our legal platform.
- To comply with legal, professional, tax, accounting, regulatory, and dispute-resolution obligations.
Confidential legal information
Information shared for legal consultation or case handling is treated as confidential. However, submitting a website form alone does not create a lawyer-client relationship unless we expressly accept the matter and agree engagement terms.
Do not submit urgent, highly sensitive, or deadline-critical information unless you have also contacted our office directly by phone or WhatsApp.
Payments and third-party services
If online payments are enabled, payment processing may be handled by Stripe or another secure payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our website.
We may also use service providers for hosting, analytics, messaging, email delivery, security, file storage, and communication. These providers process data only for operational purposes.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share information with assigned lawyers, team members, platform administrators, payment processors, technical providers, courts, regulators, or law-enforcement authorities where required or appropriate.
For lead, lawyer directory, or consultation workflows, client contact details may be restricted until a permitted lawyer, administrator, or authorized user has access under platform rules.
Data retention
We retain records for as long as needed for legal services, account management, platform operations, audit, tax, compliance, dispute handling, and legitimate business purposes.
Some records may be retained even after account deletion where required by law, professional duties, fraud prevention, dispute evidence, or backup integrity.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or account support by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
For account deletion or app-related data removal, use the Data Deletion page linked in the footer.
