Overseas Pakistani Family Law Application Format

An Overseas Pakistani Family Law Application is a written request filed before a Family Court or Guardian Court during an ongoing family law case by a Pakistani citizen residing outside Pakistan.

These applications are commonly used in matters relating to divorce, Khula, child custody, child maintenance, visitation rights, guardianship, inheritance, marriage registration, and other family disputes where one or more parties are living abroad.

Unlike a Family Law Petition, which starts the legal proceedings, an application is filed during the case when a party requires a specific order or direction from the Court.
