Family Law Application Format
A Family Law Application is a formal written request submitted before a Family Court seeking a specific order, direction, interim relief, or procedural action during the course of a family case.
Unlike a Family Law Petition, which starts a new case, an application is usually filed within an existing family matter.
Applications are commonly filed in cases involving child custody, maintenance, visitation rights, divorce, Khula, guardianship, Haq Mehr, dowry articles, inheritance, and other family disputes.
