Divorce And Khula Application Format
A Divorce and Khula Application is a written request submitted before the Family Court during the pendency of a divorce or Khula case seeking a specific order, interim relief, procedural direction, or urgent assistance from the Court.
Unlike a Divorce Petition or Khula Petition, which initiates the case, an application is generally filed after the case has already been instituted.
Applications may be filed for interim maintenance, exemption from appearance, production of documents, early hearing, service through publication, attorney representation, child-related relief, or other matters connected with the divorce or Khula proceedings.
